Acrylic Product Description: Pure Acrylic binder-based, matte-looking, water-based, first-class, top-coat exterior wall paint. Features:Acrylic paint is resistant to UV rays thanks to the pigments contained in its structure. In addition to having a high closing power, its colors retain their vitality for many years. Thanks to its water-based structure, it does not harm human health and the environment. Application Areas: All old painted surfaces that have been prepared for the floor can be applied to interior surfaces such as concrete, gypsum, black plaster, concrete, glass textiles and paintable wallpaper. Technical Data: Structure: Pure Acrylic Consumption: Single layer: 8-10 (m2/lt), 100-170 (g/m2) Thinner: Water Thinning Rate: 10- 15% Density: 1.58±0.02 (g/ml) Drying Time: Touch 15 – 20 min; Dust retention 1 hour; Full drying 24 hours Viscosity: 115 KU±10 (23 º C) pH (25oC): 8 – 9 Application: The surface to be applied should be free from all kinds of dust, dirt and oil. After light sanding is applied to all blistered and old painted surfaces, primer application should be started and a clean, dry and firm surface should be obtained. Jul. If necessary, defects and cracks on the surface should be repaired with Silkcoat Internal Acrylic Paste. Silkcoat Isolac should be used on newly painted and absorbent surfaces, and Silkcoat Acrylic Primer should be used on old painted, dirty or synthetically painted surfaces. Silkcoat Acrylic Paint is applied in 2 layers by roller, brush or spray method after being thinned with Jul 10-15% clean water. At least 2 hours should be waited between Decking, depending on the air temperature. After the application is completed, the used tools should be cleaned with water immediately. On newly plastered surfaces, it should be waited for at least 28 days to be able to apply paint to the surface. Before the paint is used, it must be mixed until it becomes completely homogeneous. The ambient and surface temperature should be between +5 Decc and +35 DECC during the application and product drying period. If the application is to be made on very shiny and glassy surfaces, the surface should be sanded first to create a firm surface in order to ensure better adhesion. Warnings: Q2: Keep out of reach of children. S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. S46: Consult a doctor immediately if swallowed; show the container or label. Store the product in a tightly closed container. Do not pour it into the sewer.
